DOCUMENTS REQUIRED FOR RESIDENCE PERMIT
The student whose enrollment procedures have been completed is obliged to make and complete the residence permit procedures requested by the Turkish Ministry of Interior, Directorate of Migration Management. The following documents are required for residence permit procedures after registration:
1) 4 biometric passport size photos of 4.5 x 6 cm,
2) Residence permit registration/application form (e-ikamet.goc.gov.tr),
3) Also, if any, residence permit document, Stateless person identity document, international protection application/status document, Temporary protection identity document, Work permit document, Work permit exemption document, foreign representation Staff/Family member identity card,
4) Proof of valid health insurance (General Health Insurance or private health insurance covering the duration of the residence permit request),
5) The document that shows the address information where she/he will stay,
- If you are staying with the rental agreement, a notarized copy of your contract and a document personally installed at the address, such as electricity, water, natural gas, landline telephone invoice.
- If a third person (other than a relative) is to stay with him/her, a document installed at the address personally, such as electricity, water, natural gas, landline telephone bill, stating that the person staying with him lives at that address with a notarized commitment from the person making the commitment (if the person staying with her/him is married, a document indicating the spouse's notarized commitment and an identity register copy or marriage is requested. )
- If staying in hotels, etc., a certificate of accommodation in these places,
- If staying in student dormitories, proof of residence in the dormitory,
- A copy of the title deed of real estate if he/she lives in his/her own home,
6) Receipt of paying the cost of the residence permit document,
7) For those who come with visa exemption from candidates under the age of 18 or with a visa for different purposes; a document containing parent /guardian information and a Turkish notarized sample (birth certificate, family certificate, etc.) and the consent letter issued by the parent/guardian/legal representative (for those who come with a visa suitable for the purpose (study visa), the document containing the consent letter and parent/guardian information will not be added.),
8) The original and photocopy of the passport or passport replacement document,
9) Document showing that she/he actively benefits from his/her student rights,
