    • What are the application conditions?

     B- 2026 Candidates To Apply For International Student Admission:

    a) On the condition that they are in the final year of high school or have graduated;

    1. Those who are foreign nationals, (on the condition that they are not studying in / have not graduated from secondary education (high school) institutions in Türkiye [Excluding Embassy schools, International private educational institutions located in the MOBIS system and foreign nationals brought to our country within the framework of the project carried out by the Ministry of National Education])
    2. Those who are Turkish citizens by birth but lost Turkish citizenship by obtaining permission to renounce Turkish citizenship from the Ministry of Interior and those who document that they are holders of the blue card given upon request to those who lost Turkish citizenship (on the condition that they are not studying in / have not graduated from secondary education (high school) institutions in Türkiye and the KKTC) (In Article 7 of the Turkish Citizenship Law No. 5901, the provision “(1) A child born to a Turkish citizen mother or father within or outside Türkiye in a marital union is a Turkish citizen.” exists, and it is beneficial for candidates who will apply for admission quotas from abroad to examine the Turkish Citizenship Law.)
    3. Those who acquired citizenship later while being foreign nationals / dual nationals in this situation (on the condition that they are not studying in / have not graduated from secondary education (high school) institutions in Türkiye and the KKTC)
    4. Those who are T.C. nationals and completed the entirety of their secondary education (high school) in a foreign country excluding the KKTC (including those who completed their secondary education [high school] in Turkish schools opened under the MEB in a foreign country outside the KKTC)
    5. Those who are K.K.T.C. nationals; who reside in the K.K.T.C. and completed their secondary education (high school) in the K.K.T.C. and possess GCE AL exam results and those who have / will have GCE AL exam results by registering and receiving education in colleges and high schools in other countries between the dates 2005-2010 or the acceptance of the applications of those who are KKTC nationals and possess TR-YÖS result having completed the entirety of their secondary education (high school) in a foreign country,     ARE ENTITLED TO APPLY.                                                                                                                                            b) Candidates
    6. Those who are T.C. nationals and completed their whole secondary education (high school) in Türkiye or the K.K.T.C., 2) Those who are K.K.T.C. nationals (excluding those who completed their secondary education (high school) in K.K.T.C high schools and possess GCE AL result and those who have / will have GCE AL exam results by registering and receiving education in colleges and high schools in other countries between the dates 2005-2010 or those who are K.K.T.C. nationals and possess TR-YÖS result having completed their secondary education (high school) in a foreign country)
    7. Dual nationals whose first nationality is T.C. by birth defined in clause number 2 of article a, (excluding those who satisfy the conditions in clause number 4 of article a)
    8. Dual nationals one of whose nationalities is K.K.T.C. (excluding those who completed  their secondary education (high school) in K.K.T.C. high schools and possess GCE AL result and those who have / will have GCE AL exam results by registering and receiving education in colleges and high schools in other countries between the dates 2005-2010 or those who are K.K.T.C. nationals and possess TR-YÖS result having completed their whole secondary education (high school) in a foreign country)
    9. T.C nationals who receive their education in schools located within embassies in Türkiye and foreign high schools located in Türkiye or dual nationals whose first nationality is T.C by birth defined in clause number 2 of article a
    10. KKTC citizens and those who renounced TC citizenship/Blue Card Holders who are studying in / have graduated from secondary education (high school) institutions in Türkiye and the KKTC b) Foreign nationals who are studying in / have graduated from secondary education (high school) institutions in Türkiye (excluding embassy schools and International private educational institutions located in the MOBIS system and foreign nationals brought to our country within the framework of the project carried out by the Milli Eğitim Bakanlığı) ARE NOT ENTITLED TO APPLY.
  • How can I apply?

 Applications usually open in June. Please follow the announcements. Candidates who have a TR-YÖS exam result can apply through our online application system by preparing the necessary documents.
