PROGRAM OBJECTIVES:
1- To train our graduates for employment in institutions and organizations providing preventive, curative, and rehabilitative healthcare services where they can provide nursing care with a holistic approach to protecting and improving the health of individuals, families, and communities.
Performance Indicator for Objective 1
80% of graduates will work as nurses in a healthcare institution within three years of graduation.
2- Our graduates will provide care with evidence-based and holistic nursing approaches, in line with professional values and ethical principles, and will collaborate with other members of the healthcare team, utilizing interpersonal communication, leadership, and critical thinking skills.
Performance Indicator for Objective 2
80% of graduates consider professional values and ethical principles in their nursing approach.
80% of graduates utilize evidence- and technology-based practices when providing holistic nursing care.
80% of graduates utilize interpersonal communication and leadership skills.
80% of graduates collaborate with the healthcare team.
3-Our graduates continue their personal and professional development in education, practice, research, and management, with the aim of fulfilling the roles and responsibilities of the nursing profession and with an awareness of lifelong learning, in line with the demands of the times.
Performance Indicators for Goal 3
5% of graduates continue their postgraduate education within the first five years following graduation.
5% of graduates participate in national and international congresses, symposiums, courses, certifications, and other educational programs within five years of graduation.
2% of graduates participate in research teams in nursing studies within five years of graduation.
2% of graduates serve as managers in healthcare institutions within 10 years of graduation.
80% of graduates embrace lifelong learning.
