QUALITY ASSURANCE POLICY

The Quality Assurance Policy explains the basic elements determined and adopted by all employees in order to implement and maintain the quality assurance system in all units of Pamukkale University, with an understanding that takes into account the legislative requirements and keeps pace with change.

Pamukkale University;

a) carries out studies based on the mission, vision, policy and strategic objectives it has determined. It ensures and systematically monitors the compliance of activities with strategic goals and objectives.

b) acts with the Plan-Do-Check-Act quality assurance approach in all its processes. It is based on a continuous development approach.

c) ensures the structuring and sustainability of the internal quality assurance system with internal legislation. For this purpose, it undertakes to comply with external evaluation and accreditation processes.

d) ensures the participation of all its stakeholders, especially employees and students, in the processes and carries out activities to increase their satisfaction by keeping feedback channels open.

e) aims to be a nationally and internationally competitive university with the quality of the products and services it offers in all fields of activity.

f) Creates and operates monitoring mechanisms to ensure the Plan-Do-Check-Take Action cycle and to evaluate the performance of the processes. Evaluates the results and ensures that improvement methods are implemented.

g) Uses information management systems effectively in the implementation of all processes and ensures their sustainability.

h) Follows regional, national and international changes and trends and carries out studies to adapt. It prioritizes the innovative and entrepreneurial perspective.

i) carries out all its activities by adopting the principle of respect for people and the environment and is based on sustainability.

j) carries out activities to ensure the adoption and dissemination of quality culture within the institution.

k) ensures the harmony of activities in the relevant field with the Education-Training, Research-Development, Social Contribution and other management policies it has determined.
