DEPARTMENT OF BUSINESS ADMINISTRATION
|
The department was established in 1992 and started education with 50 students in 1993.
In 1993, the second education program was opened and started education with 50 students in 1994.
In 2009, it was decided that the department's regular and secondary education would be taught in 30% English and started education with 100 students each.
In 2009, the English Business Administration Program started education with 40 students.
In 2011, 30% English programs were closed. Since this date, education has been continuing with regular and second education Turkish programs.
In 2018, the English Business Administration Program was gathered under the Department of Business Administration after the English Business Administration Department was closed and merged with the Department of Business Administration with the decision of the Executive Board of Higher Education on December 26, 2018.
As of the Spring 2019 semester, the English Business Administration Program continues its education under the Department of Business Administration.

DEPARTMENT OF ECONOMICS

The department was established in 1993 and started education with 50 students.
In 1996, the second education program was opened and started education with 50 students.
In 2009, it was decided that the department's regular and second education programs would be taught in 30% English and started education with 50 students each.
In 2011, 30% English programs were closed and the department provides education in normal and second education as two programs, 100% English and Turkish.
With the letter dated 18.01.2023 and numbered E.317691, it was deemed appropriate by the Presidency of the Council of Higher Education to change the name of the Department of Economics as "Department of Economics" and the names of the programs under the department.
Launched in 2023 by Pamukkale University Department of Economics, "Economics (English) (UOLP-SUNY Cortland)" program aims to provide economics education at international standards. The program was established in cooperation with SUNY Cortland (State University of New York at Cortland).

The department was established in 2000 and started education with 50 students.
In 2001, the second education program was opened and started education with 50 students.
In 2009, it was decided that the regular and second education programs of the department would be taught in 30% English and started education with 100 students each.
In 2011, 30% English programs were closed. Since then, the department has been continuing its education with regular and second education Turkish programs.
In 2011, the name of the department was changed from "Public Administration" to "Political Science and Public Administration".
In 2023, Pamukkale University Political Science and Public Administration (English) (UOLP-SUNY Cortland) program aims to provide Political Science and Public Administration education at international standards. The program was established in cooperation with SUNY Cortland (State University of New York at Cortland).

DEPARTMENT OF MANAGEMENT INFORMATION SYSTEMS

The department was established in 2015 and 52 students started to study in the regular education program and 39 students started to study in the second education program.
Since 2023, a transition to the 7+1 education model has been made.
