-To use and develop the teaching capacity in a rational way,
-To take safety precautions when necessary,
-Provision of necessary social services to students,
-To carry out education, scientific research and publication activities in an organised manner,
-Ensures that the supervision and audits of all activities are continuously monitored and controlled and the results are obtained.
