Carries out studies in order to carry out all necessary activities in accordance with the principles of efficiency and productivity in all matters related to his/her duty in his/her unit.

1. To carry out the duties assigned to him/her in the field of service within the framework of the provisions of laws, by-laws, regulations and other legislation,

2. To make correspondence between the departments and departments of the faculty and to ensure delivery to the relevant place,

3.To monitor the necessary actions of the letters from the Dean's Office by the head of the department, to ensure that the necessary letters are forwarded to the Dean's Office on the day,

4. To record the petitions received by the Department Head,

5. To write and organize draft letters and tables prepared by the Department Head in electronic environment,

6. To make meeting announcements, to write the reports of the Section Board, to forward them to the relevant places after they are signed, and to file a copy of them,

7. To attend the meetings of the Departmental Board as a rapporteur when a rapporteur is requested,

8. To submit the finalized course and exam schedules to the relevant unit,

9. To announce the announcements about the department to the relevant people,

10. To submit the letters received from the lecturers and Department Heads to the Head of the Department,

11. To write the annual leave, birth, death, excuse leave, report, assignment, etc. letters of the department staff,

12. To announce the relevant "Board of Directors" decisions from the Dean's Office in writing to the relevant academic staff,

13. To forward the decisions of the Department Head to the relevant academic staff, Department Heads and units,

14.To receive the application documents of the academic staff for the extension of the term of office, to submit the application and evaluation documents to the editorial office as an attachment to the cover letter,

15. To fulfill other duties related to the duties assigned by the Head of the Department and the faculty secretary,

16. To carry out or have carried out the necessary work and operations in accordance with the performance criteria determined in order to manage administrative processes according to the principles of Quality Management System / Quality Assurance System,

17. To comply with the principles of occupational health and safety.

In accordance with the objectives, principles and instructions determined by the senior management; It plans and supervises the activities related to the Faculty revolving fund payments.

Plans the Faculty's revolving fund payments through the Revolving Fund Financial Management System.

 

Receives the proforma offers of the materials to be purchased for the faculty, purchases and distributes the consumables.

Salary/Accrual

Carries out studies in order to carry out all necessary activities in accordance with the principles of efficiency and productivity in all matters related to his/her duty in his/her unit.

1. To carry out the works and transactions related to the issues falling within the field of activity of the Financial Affairs unit,

2. To carry out the operations of receiving, storing, giving and sending money and monetary assets and escrows,

3. To keep the books, records and documents related to accounting services for the periods specified in the relevant legislation and to keep them ready for inspection and to carry out archiving procedures,

4. To make the necessary checks on the payment order document and annexed documents in accordance with Article 61 of the Law No. 5018 and the provisions of the relevant legislation,

5. To regularly submit the necessary information and reports to the expenditure authority and senior manager of the Faculty and other authorized authorities within the periods specified in the accounting regulations,

6. To carry out the procedures for making payments in the order of receipt in the accounting records, taking into account the order of priority stipulated by the relevant legislation,

7. Calculation of Academic and Administrative Staff salaries and related data entry to the system (Budget-bank transactions) Calculation of restricted salary, title and promotion differences, preparation of birth, death and child allowance payrolls. Preparation of subsistence allowance payrolls and all kinds of transactions related to them. (Family status notification, budget and bank transactions) Preparing payroll breakdown for loan requests. (Personnel + contracted)

8.Preparation of payroll, calculation, breakdown and issuance of leave, report deduction, data entry and preparation of invoices.

9.The transactions of those who retire, transfer and new recruits, the calculation and submission of pension deduction payrolls, the calculation of retroactive insurance differences, and the submission of insurance deductions from the e-declaration system of the insured.

10. To follow up the calculation of the budget preparation procedures for the next year, data entry into the system, delivery of the breakdown to the head of strategy development, execution deductions and follow-up, bail bond deductions and follow-up, union dues deductions and follow-up, correspondence regarding military service borrowing transactions.

11.To issue monthly statistical information and send it to the relevant places, to prepare the annual income, expense appropriation and expenditure forums of the Institution's Annual Reports.

12.To organize all kinds of documents related to the area of responsibility (photocopying and delivery to the relevant units and follow-up)

13. Domestic temporary duty travel calculation, issuance, follow-up and correspondence, Domestic permanent duty travel calculation, issuance, follow-up and correspondence, Overseas temporary duty travel calculation, issuance and correspondence.

14.Calculation of the Normal Education fees of academic staff and data entry and documenting them into the system. (Budget-bank transactions) Calculation and payment of title differences of Additional Course Fees, calculation and payment of Compensatory Additional Course Fees, calculation and payment of Final and Internship Course Fees, data entry and documenting them into the system.

15. To keep the records of the transactions listed in the subparagraphs above and other financial transactions in a duly, transparent and accessible manner, to organize financial reports and statements independently of any intervention,

16.Other duties assigned by the supervisor within the framework of Laws and Regulations.

17.Checking and receiving the materials coming to the warehouse and sorting them and putting them in their allocated places in the warehouse according to their characteristics,

18. To keep the warehouses always clean, organized and easy to find what is wanted,

19. To keep the records related to the warehouses in accordance with the procedure and to ensure their security,

20. To plan the distribution of stationery, fixtures and other tools and equipment purchased and placed in the warehouses to the units in proportion to the need and to ensure their delivery,

21. To take the allocation approvals of the fixtures in the units and work rooms, to process them in the fixture registry book, to hang the list of fixtures in the rooms,

22.To preserve the usable fixtures returned by the units, to ensure that the broken, unrepairable ones are canceled from the records and the scrap ones are deducted from the fixture records, destroyed or delivered to the designated place with a report,

23.To meet the material demands of the units in proportion to the warehouse stock, to inform and warn the supervisors regularly for the purchase of the materials that are finished or about to be finished,

24. To ensure that the materials given through grants are recorded and distributed to the units,

25. As of the end of the year, in accordance with the Inventory Instructions, to ensure that the in and out records and the final accounts of the fixtures are prepared and sent to the relevant places after signing,

26.Although purchased in the warehouses, it is used very little, uneconomical, on the other hand, to identify the materials that are in great demand and to inform their superiors in planning and purchasing,
